nSouth Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) extended a helping hand to victims of cyclone-hit Odisha in a “spirit of humanity and national integration.”
The SECL, a ‘Miniratna’ public sector enterprise, on Friday dispatched five numbers of 125 KVA diesel generator sets (DG Sets) for the natural disaster affected state.
These sets would be installed at Odisha’s capital Bhubaneswar and religious city of Puri.
While sending the DG sets Chairman cum Managing Director of SECL, A.P. Panda said the SECL stood firmly beside the cyclone victims of Odisha.
Notable, earlier too SECL had helped the natural disasters affected states such as flood-affected Uttarakhand, Bihar, where people were displaced by flood in Kosi river, and Jammu and Kashmir.s
