The Swami Vivekananda School of Engineering and Technology’s Civil Engineering Department in association with the Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI) organised a seminar on ‘Recent Advancement in Sustainable Concrete Technology’ here recently.
College chairman Ashish Kumar Patra, vice-chairperson Sharmistha Jena and Principal Dr Ramesh Chandra Nayak, Bhusan Steel VP SK Panigrahi, IEI Director Membership Dr SM Ali and Indian Society for Technical Education secretary Dr Khirod Kumar Rout attended the event as guests.
The guests said that the seminar would motivate the youth and civil engineers aspirants about new technologies to be used in coming days. Among others, Dr Saroj Kumar Sadangi, Ajit Kumar Mahapatra, Ashok Kumar Mishra, Tapas Kumar Nayak, Dr Jaygopal Jena and department head were present.
