CM helps 9-yr-old
During Seedhi Baat programme of Jansamvad Kendra, Chief Minister Raghubar Das had instructed to make Ayushman Card of Kumari Tanvi Giri of Chatra, considering the need for open heart surgery along with providing better treatment facility. On the directions of the CM, Resident Commissioner of Jharkhand Bhawan MR Meena, and personal secretary to the Chief Minister K.P. Balyan initiated her treatment with Dr. Anita Saxena, Cardiology Department of AIIMS on July 12, today the other process has also been started.
8 trains for Shravani Mela
Considering the passenger rush during Shravani Mela, South Eastern Railway will be running 8 special trains between Ranchi- Bhagalpur- Ranchi from July 15 to August 8. 08611 Ranchi- Bhagalpur every Monday and Wednesday will depart from Ranchi at 22:00 hrs and reach Bhagalpur at 13:40 hrs next day. 08612 Bhagalpur- Ranchi every Tuesday and Thursday will depart from Bhagalpur at 14:20 hrs and reach Ranchi at 04:00 hrs next day. The train will have 7 sleeper class and 6 general second class coaches.
Street play competition at SBPS
SBPS, Ranchi organised an Inter-house street play competition. Each house depicted with different social issues. Rigveda house presented their skit on the topic ‘Pratibha Palayan’; Atharvaveda on ‘Sabhi ka samman Kare, pehle Insaan bane’; Yajurveda on ‘Krishako ki ahmiyat’ and Samveda on ‘Niraksharta se Saksharta ki ore’. The skits focused on helping the young minds to change their mindset towards unfair discrimination and also to sensitise them towards their role in creating a better society.
18,078 cases disposed in Lok Adalat
A National Lok Adalat was organised by Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority across the State under the aegis of National Legal Services Authority on Saturday. It was held in all the courts across the State of Jharkhand.
