A high level delegation of UK Research and Innovation India under the supervision of British High Commission recently visited the labs of University School of Biotechnology, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The CEO Sir Mark Walport; PS to the CEO Tim Wheler Jess Searle; director, International of this organisation Tim Wheeler; acting director Sukanya Kumar Sinha; manager of events of this organisation Shivani Garkal and Rita Sharma, Head of Newton Fund, India were part of the delegation. The delegate visited various labs of the biotechnology department of the University and praised the status of these labs. Expressing gratitude on this memorable moment, Prof N Raghuram, professor of biotechnology department of IP University revealed that the department is working on another project on South Asia Nitrogen Hub which will also attract the international research delegations.
