12 IAS officers transferred

The Uttar Pradesh government on Thursday transferred 12 senior IAS officers while appointing three new divisional commissioners and two district magistrates.

According to the government spokesman, Secretary (Backward Welfare) Anil Kumar Sagar, has been posted as the new Divisional Commissioner of Basti.

Secretary (Urban Development) Ranveer Prasad will be the new Divisional Commissioner of Bareilly, while Anurag Yadav, who was awaiting posting, has been posted as Secretary, Urban Development.

Gorakhpur Divisional Commissioner Anil Kumar (III) has been shifted to Agra in same capacity while Secretary (PWD) Sameer Verma has been shifted as Divisional Commissioner of Gorakhpur.

Ranjan Kumar, who returned from foreign training, has been posted as Secretary, PWD. District Magistrate of Banda, Divy Prakash Giri, has been posted as Special Secretary, Minority Welfare, while MD of UP Small Scale Industries, Kanpur, Hira lal, has been posted as the new District Magistrate of Banda.

CDO, Kanpur Dehat, Kedar Nath Singh, will be the new MD of UP Small Scale Industries, Kanpur.

District Magistrate of Sambhal, Anand Kumar Singh (II), has been shifted as Special Secretary, Primary Education; Chief Operating Officer, Khadi and Gramudyog Board, Avinash Krishna Singh, has been posted as the new District Magistrate of Sambhal.

Mission Director, National Rural Ajivika Mission, Sujit Kumar, has been shifted as Revenue Board’s Member, Judicial at lucknow with charge of Additional land Consolidation Commissioner, Revenue department.
