2-month summer camp at TT Nagar stadium from April 20

For the sports enthusiasts a two month summer camp ‘Summer sports training Camp’ will be organized at TT Nagar stadium. The summer camp is being organized by State Sports Department.

The summer camp will begin from April 20 and conclude on June 20, 2018. This year, in 15 different sports, the children will be trained by training their children. For joining the Games for two months to join the Games, this summer camp can be booked for a fee of Rs 10 and Rs 600 for two months by depositing sports fees. Registration Form TT for admission can be obtained from the stadium office located at the city stadium.

Upendra Jain, Director, Sports and Youth Welfare, said that summer camp is being organized with the aim of providing better opportunities to the children in the field of sports and to improve their skills to become talented sportspersons. He told that selected players through the summer camp can avail the boarding and de-boarding scheme run by the sports department.

The games in which the participants will be trained during the summer camp at the city stadium include basketball, badminton, karate, tennis, soccer, Mallakhamb, boxing, chess boxing, skating, athletics, kabaddi, gymnastics, volleyball, aerobics and billiard-snooker games.

The age for all sports will be 8 to 18 years. The services of 110 sports trainers will be taken for the sports training. Children will be trained from 6 to 8 in the morning and from 5 to 7 in the evening in the summer camp.
