Students waiting to engage in something different alongside with the regular course of studies that can also pave way for employment, here is a chance. Dreams of several students studying at Ranchi Women’s College got wings on Wednesday. The much talked about project that will help in skilling the candidates, Employability Excellence with College Education and learning (EXCEl) programme was formally launched here in the presence of faculty members, students.
The programme that aims to skill at least 60 students (30 boys, 30 girls) in the first batch will cater to the requirements of all students irrespective of their chosen streams. In the first phase and considering the other two major projects of Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS), students will be trained in seven different traits that include training in computer maintenance, health care, fashion, beauty and fitness etc.
