Haryana Government has doubled the rate of Dearness Allowance (DA) on revised basic pension and family pension for its pensioners and family pensioners, from two per cent to four per cent with effect from January 1, 2017.
Finance Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu while announcing this on Monday said that this would put an additional monthly financial burden of about Rs 10.99 crore on the State.
