An Awareness Programme was organised by the District Police here at Auction Hall of the Forest Department to make aware the school children about protecting themselves from any kind of abuse.
District Collector Shruti Singh and Superintendent of Police Jitendra Meena were present on this occasion.
The District Collector while addressing the school children said that police is also going to install boxes in schools in which they can drop their complaint.
Superintendent of Police Jitendra Meena while speaking to the school children asked them not to hesitate in complaining about any acts of exploitation against them.
He further informed the gathering that the Additional Superintendent of Police Neha Pandey has been made Nodal Officer for Awareness Programme.
