Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav will campaign in Gujarat Assembly election for four days starting December 4. The SP is in an electoral understanding with the Congress and is contesting five seats out of the total of 182 seats in Gujarat Assembly.
SP spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said in luccknow on Wednesday that party chief Akhilesh Yadav will campaign in Gujarat to urge the people there to strengthen democratic and secular forces against divisive and communal politics pursued by the BJP.
Chaudhary said during his campaign in Gujarat, Akhuilesh will expose the anti-people policies of the BJP governments at the Centre and several states.
The SP leader said that UP Chief Minister Yogi Adirtyanath while campaigning in Gujarat elections was misleading the people. He alleged that Yogi has no concern for the people of the state and was hence campaigning in Gujarat.
The BJP has nominated Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath as one of its star campaigner for Gujarat Assembly elections.
