Collector Reena Babasaheb Kangale has directed the District Food Officer to take necessary steps for enabling the functioning of ration shops through self-help groups (SHGs).
She was speaking at weekly Jandarshan programme held here at the Collectorate on Thursday.Kangale also asked the literacy Officer Seema Bhardwaj to apprise the people about various features and benefits of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Jan Dhan Yojana’.
