Singh said that the jawan is the main face of the force whether it is police station, Chowki or place of incident the complainant has to face the jawans. So the behavior of the jawan should be such that the image of the police should emerged as the helper of the public.

On this occasion the retired police officers SS Shukla, Ram lal Verma, IG Gwalior Adrash Katiyar, DIG Jagat Singh, DIG woman victimization Renuka Shukla, SSP Santosh Singh and commandants of SAF were present.

He laid emphasis on making response time to the police to improve the law and order situation. He said that there is no political interference in work of control of crime and catching the criminals by police. He also said that breaking law, peace and brotherhood should be strictly dealt with. On the shortage of force he said that the government is working on this and the problem would be solving soon.

The DGP also told the reporters in PTS Tighra that woman police workers should be posted in every police station so they could take effective action to solve their problem. He said that his first aim to check woman atrocities. He said that his first attempt is to make the presence of the police felt by the police. For this he emphasizes to make beat system more effective. He said that better coordination between the police and people can effectively control the crimes and criminals. His attempt is to make family atmosphere in police station with the complainants who come to the police station with his complaints.

The police of the state is capable in dealing with every challenge. There is no terrorist network in the state. IF the will power is strong the shortage of resources does not come in the way. When the criminals used technology the police should also be high-tech. The work in this direction has been started. There is no shortage of resources. The state government is working in this direction. The police has to become capable in the use of technology and cyber. The workers with better works would be encouraged the state government is working to remove the shortage of force.
