CABM holds 2-day induction programme for new students

College of Agribusiness Management (CABM) of Pantnagar University organised two days long Induction programme for new students enrolled in the college for new session 2014-15 concluded on Wednesday.

In which Registrar of the university, Dean of the College and expert of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and other expert besides, faculty of the college oriented new students of different streams towards management field. Dean CABM, Dr B Kumar in an interesting exercise on vision development tried to make students clear about their strengths, weaknesses and goal through self-exploration. Expert of IIM, Kashipur, Prof Dwarika Prasad Uniyal, explained about the efforts involved in making of an MBA whereas the other expert, Gaurav Agrawal, tried to make students aware as to how they can enhance their employability.

Dr. Kumar exhorted the students to work hard to be good managers and take the university to newer heights. Other faculty members of the college informed new students about university’s traditions, rules, discipline, semester system, hostel life, co-education.
