A total of 13,53,997 voters would cast their vote at 1,610 polling booths of the Dhenkanal Parliamentary constituency during the second phase of the General Election to be held in the State, informed district Collector Rupa Roshan Sahu here on Thursday.
Among 13,53,997, the male voters numbers 7,12,266, while female voters stands at 6,31,695. Besides, of the seven Assembly segments, included in the Dhenkanal Parliamentary Constituency and Hindol Assembly Constituency bears the highest number of 2,28,498 voters.
However, the Pallahara Assembly Constituency has 1,52,634 voters.
Besides, the number of voters for the Dhenkanal Assembly Segment is limited to 2,28,498 for a total of 261 polling booths. In Kamakhyanagar Assembly Constituency, 1,91,817 voters who will franchise their organisation in 214 polling booths. Similarly, 1,88,759 voters of Parjang Constituency would go for voting at 208 polling booths and 1,57,973 voters of Talcher will franchise their vote at 199 polling booths.
For Angul Assembly Constituency, 248 polling booths have been allotted for 1,96,157 voters. Besides, he electors can get their enrollment details through the SMS-based service of the E-Roll, added Sahu.
