AAHAR 2025 bought together food enthusiasts and industry professionals to celebrate the taste of culinary passion, writes ABHI SINGHAL

The taste of different flavours and aromas was celebrated in a culinary artistry fair in the heart of Delhi. AAHAR 2025 was more than just a trade show; it's a sensory journey. AAHAR 2025 saw bustling stalls overflowing with colourful spices, mouth watering food, the gentle hum of innovative kitchen gadgets, new launches of different food items, and the scent of freshly baked pastries. Bharat Mandapam was transformed into a harbour for food lovers, a place where stories are told through taste and aromas.

Here, a seasoned chef demonstrates the delicate art of crafting traditional Indian sweets, while a young entrepreneur unveils a revolutionary plant-based protein. Each booth whispers tales of passion and dedication, of farmers nurturing their crops and artisans perfecting their craft. AAHAR 2025 is a chance to discover hidden culinary gems, to witness the fusion of global influences, and to connect with the people who pour their hearts into every dish. It's a gentle reminder that food is more than sustenance; it's a shared language, a source of joy, and a bridge between cultures. AAHAR is one of Asia's best known brands in Food & Hospitality shows. The show has grown by leaps & bounds in recent years  & for global vendors and sourcing professionals.

At AAHAR 2025, Nestlé India launched the KITKAT Professional Spread, a game-changer for the HoReCa sector. Their interactive booth buzzed with excitement, featuring live demonstrations and tastings. Chefs experienced the spread's versatility, enhancing desserts with KITKAT's signature chocolatey taste and crispy texture. The 1kg pack, designed for professional use, allows chefs to seamlessly integrate the spread into various creations. The launch marked Nestlé's expansion into cocoa-based spreads.

At AAHAR 2025, MONIN India showcased its commitment to India's evolving F&B landscape with its new launches. They launched the innovative Pure Range, offering sugar-free options like Mint and Red Fruits, and the culturally resonant Raw Mango Syrup. Celebrating the International Women's Day, MONIN honoured women in the industry with a special mixology workshop featuring recipes inspired by leading Indian women.

Culinary Art India

A highlight of AAHAR 2025, concluded its 17th edition, celebrating India's top culinary talent. The live event showcased the types of meals made by different participants. Hosted by ICF, ITPO, and Hospitality First, the five-day event showcased innovation and tradition. WACS-certified judges, led by Billy Lee Chan Hoong, ensured global standards. There were master classes by renowned chefs like Guntas Sethi and Nishant Choubey inspired attendees. Chef Davinder Kumar and Vivek Saggar lauded the event's success in nurturing India's culinary future. Immense number of students performed and made food items with breads giving them creative and  innovative shapes. The event focused on international collaboration & solidifying India's place on the global culinary stage.

Franke Coffee Systems debuted its cutting-edge fully automatic coffee solutions at AAHAR 2025, marking its independent brand launch in India. The stall buzzed with interest as attendees experienced Franke's premium coffee machines. With an immersive coffee experience, Franke highlighted its dedication to quality and innovation, solidifying its plans for a strong, enduring presence in India's vibrant F&B sector.
