Wadhwani Foundation, Le Rythme sign MoU to boost student employability

The Wadhwani Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Le Rythme, a trust registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, to strengthen employability outcomes for students in vocational and skill-based institutions.
Under the partnership, the two organisations aim to train more than 700 students annually through a structured Employability Skills (ES) program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
The initiative focuses on equipping students with practical competencies that are increasingly demanded by employers but often underrepresented in traditional curricula.
The 75-hour program will cover key areas such as communication skills, interview preparation, resume writing, workplace etiquette, critical thinking, and teamwork.
The curriculum is designed to be outcome-oriented, with measurable indicators tied directly to improved placement performance.
Dr Rajib Mukhapadhyay, Co-Founder and Trustee of Le Rythme, emphasised the significance of the collaboration, stating that the program introduces a structured and results-driven framework to address employability challenges.
He noted that it will serve as a valuable addition to students’ academic journeys by enhancing their job readiness.
To ensure effective implementation, a Faculty Orientation Program is being conducted from April 20 to 22, 2026.
Speaking on the partnership, Sunil Dahiya, Executive Vice President at the Wadhwani Foundation, said that collaborations with institutions like Le Rythme are essential to delivering employability skills at scale.
