Telangana CM begins 10-day UK-US visit

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy departed for London from New Delhi on Thursday, Aug 20th kicking off a 10-day tour of the UK and the US.
Congress MP Mallu Ravi and the state government's protocol adviser, Harkara Venugopal saw him off at New Delhi airport in the early hours of Thursday, party sources claimed.
Reddy had been in Delhi to attend the Congress Working Committee meeting on August 19.
During the UK leg, he will visit the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford University on August 21 and attend an EPL football presentation at Emirates Stadium. On August 22, he will interact with a Cambridge team and visit the Senate House at the University of London campus, as well as the London Business School.
On August 24, he will tour the campuses of Harvard University and MIT in the US. In Boston, he will visit Northeastern University and meet a team from Virginia Tech University on August 25. He will address a "Meet and Greet" event of the Indian Overseas Congress (USA) in New York on August 26.
Reddy will leave New York on August 29 and arrive back in Hyderabad on August 30.
