Kuwait says Iran strikes water desalination plant for second consecutive day amid escalating conflict

Kuwait has accused Iran of striking a major water desalination and power plant for the second time in two days, raising concerns over the safety of critical civilian infrastructure as tensions in the Gulf continue to escalate.
