Delhi cm Rekha Gupta to attend oath ceremony of Bengal new bjp government

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will attend the oath-taking ceremony of the newly formed BJP government in West Bengal, officials confirmed on Friday.
She is scheduled to travel to Kolkata on Saturday morning to participate in the ceremony and extend her best wishes to the new state government.
Senior BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari, who is set to become the first BJP Chief Minister of West Bengal after a decisive electoral victory, will take oath during the event.
Adhikari was formally elected as the leader of the BJP Legislature Party in West Bengal following an announcement by Union Home Minister Amit Shah earlier in the day.
Party officials said several senior BJP leaders from Delhi, including Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and members of her cabinet, played an active role in the election campaign in West Bengal.
Rekha Gupta, the only woman Chief Minister from the BJP, had also campaigned across multiple constituencies during the state elections.
The oath ceremony is expected to be a significant political event marking the formation of the BJP’s first government in West Bengal.
