Case registered after Noida plot sold illegally

A representative of a spiritual organisation has accused several people of forming a gang and fraudulently selling the organisation’s land in Noida worth crores of rupees.

Following a court order, the complainant has filed a case at Sector-24 police station, naming seven people. GR Chandramohan, a resident of Bhilai Bhatti in Chhattisgarh, stated in his petition to the court that he is the general secretary of The Spiritual Regeneration Movement Foundation of India. Akash Malviya is the authorised signatory on behalf of the organisation. The organisation owns 33,610 square metres of land in Gejha Tilpatabad village.

The organisation passed a resolution to sell this land on August 5, 2025. Akash transferred the land to Pradeep Kumar Singh, a resident of Sector 100 and director of Singh Vahini Infra Project Private Limited, located in Sector 18, on December 17, 2025. Suresh Babu, a resident of Bengaluru, had no connection to the organisation.

Despite this, on January 13, 2026, accused Suresh Babu, along with Ajay Prakash Srivastava, Rahul Bhardwaj, and Shrikant Ojha, residents of Arogya Dham, Noida; Ram Shyam and Rajkumar Pandey, residents of Burari, Delhi; and Rishi Raj Saini, a resident of Karol Bagh, transferred the land to Ram Shyam. Police have registered a case and begun an investigation.
