The train will depart at 8:00 am from New Jalpaiguri and reach Amritsar at 2:20 am after nearly 42 hours of travel.

The route includes stops at major stations such as Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Ambala, Saharanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Raxaul, Sitamarhi, Araria and Siliguri, among others.

The Amrit Bharat Express will consist of eight sleeper coaches and 11 general coaches, aimed at providing affordable long-distance travel for passengers.
