A Demographic potpourri

Demographic profiling has never been so interesting as it is now. The cohorts like the ‘boomers’, gen x’, ‘Gen Z’ dominating our social lingo. They mirror the zeitgeist perfectly and they wear it like an honour badge, especially the late entrants in the debate, Gen Z and the alphas.
Boomers are quintessentially the generation of our fathers, the septagenarian and the octogenarian, the zealous lot, who climbed the ladder with the dint of hard work.
Steeped in idealism and proponets of greatest work ethics. Gen X or the quadraeranian and quiquagenarian are literally the backbone, a generation of cusp; saw the technical boom and the world changing from analog to digital. They are diligent and often chisel their skills to reinvent and upgrade. They were last cohort to see a normal childhood.
Millennials are the tricenarian and the quadraeranian amongst us. They are the most educated, well-groomed, and tech-savvy. They got a tyrst with a smartphone first and a watershed moment of clicking a selfie.
They are the largest cohort on any social app. Full of zest and brimming with ideas, armed with a unique perspective, lend a great value to any project. Gen Z are the teens and the tricenarian.
They are known for their guts, chutzpah and intelligence. They got a traction with the recent protests. The social vocabulary is brimming with their new slangs unheard before. Alphas are a sweet lot, waiting in the wings. It’s a potpourri of sorts, but shared values add structure and cohesiveness.
