Pune realtor Ketan Agarwal's grandfather Devichand Agarwal passes away weeks after grandson's death

The Agarwal family in Pune has suffered another heartbreaking loss with the death of Devichand Agarwal, grandfather of realtor Ketan Agarwal, who was allegedly murdered at Lohagad Fort last month.
Devichand Agarwal, founder and chairman of the Success Group, passed away on Saturday after reportedly suffering a cardiac arrest. Family members said he had been unwell ever since Ketan's death and was deeply affected by the tragedy.
Ketan Agarwal died after allegedly being pushed off Lohagad Fort in a murder plot that police claim was orchestrated by his fiancée, Siya Goyal, and her alleged partner, Chetan Chaudhary. The case has shocked the country, with investigators alleging that the accused meticulously planned the crime before carrying it out. Both accused remain under police investigation.
Despite his advancing age and declining health, Devichand Agarwal had actively participated in candle marches and publicly demanded justice for his grandson. His death, just weeks after Ketan's, has compounded the family's grief.
Police continue to investigate the murder case, while the Agarwal family has reiterated its demand for strict legal action against those accused.
