Northern Railway extends train cancellations through mid-June

Northern Railway has issued a notification for the general public regarding the extension of temporary cancellations, short-terminations, and short-originations for several key train services. Originally scheduled to resume in late May, these disruptions have now been extended until mid-June 2026.
The notification issued on April 23 is expected to impact commuters travelling between Delhi, Jammu, Punjab, and key pilgrimage destinations such as Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra.
