Four siblings arrested as police bust major drug syndicate in Jahangirpuri

Delhi Police busted a major drug syndicate allegedly operating out of Jahangirpuri, arresting four siblings and seizing psychotropic drugs, cash, jewellery and property documents collectively worth several crores of rupees.
The Anti-Narcotics Squad of the North-West District, with assistance from the Drugs Control Department, conducted an overnight operation at multiple locations in Jahangirpuri, arresting Paro (28), Usha (25), Kanta (35) and their brother Amit (30). Police alleged the siblings ran an organised network involved in the illegal storage and distribution of psychotropic substances across Delhi.
According to police, the raids resulted in the recovery of 1,300 Addnok-N tablets containing Buprenorphine and Naloxone, prohibited under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, weighing a total of 268 grams. Officers also recovered 735 Avil injections and 2,532 needles and syringes, allegedly supplied for drug abuse.
Investigators further seized `22.2 lakh in cash, 241 grams of gold jewellery valued at around `35 lakh and 2.4 kg of silver jewellery worth approximately `6.2 lakh.
Documents related to 11 flats, each estimated at `12-15 lakh, and a brand-new TVS scooter registered in the name of one of the accused were also seized as suspected proceeds of crime.
