DU releases bulletin for BA LLB, BBA LLB admissions 2026-27

The University of Delhi has released key information for admission to its five-year integrated BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programmes for the academic session 2026-27, detailing eligibility criteria, admission process and important dates.
The registration process began on April 30 and will continue till 11.59 pm on May 18, the university said in its bulletin of information, adding that the allocation-cum-admission schedule will be announced later.
Admissions to both programmes will be conducted based on scores obtained in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026, with candidates required to register through the university’s dedicated admission portal.
As per the bulletin, candidates who have completed their Class 12 or equivalent examination are eligible to apply, subject to prescribed criteria and a valid CLAT rank.
“A candidate must have secured 45 per cent or more marks (in Class 12) in aggregate for the UR/EWS/OBC-NCL category and 40 per
cent marks or more in aggregate for the SC/ST/PwBD category,” according to the eligibility criteria.
As per the notified fee structure, applicants from the unreserved, OBC-NCL and EWS categories are required to pay a registration fee of `1,500, while those from the SC, ST and PwBD categories must pay `1,000.
Admission will be granted through a centralised allocation process based on CLAT 2026 score, subject to eligibility criteria.
The university has advised candidates to carefully review the detailed provisions outlined in the bulletin, including reservation policy, seat matrix, and admission guidelines, before submitting their applications.
Further, for seat allocation and admission, following the registration process, the university has informed that once seat allocation is done, the candidate must log in to the dashboard and accept the seat. Following that, all students will get an opportunity to upgrade or freeze on the allocated seat.
