Delhi CM announces free DTC Bus Travel For NEET UG 2026 Re-Test Candidates

The Delhi government has announced free DTC bus travel for candidates appearing in the NEET UG 2026 re-test scheduled on June 21. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said the move aims to support students and ensure hassle-free travel to examination centres across the national capital.
Eligible candidates will be allowed to travel free of cost in DTC buses on showing their NEET UG 2026 re-test admit cards. The decision comes amid concerns over logistics and accessibility following the NEET UG paper leak controversy that led to the re-examination.
The initiative is expected to benefit thousands of students and reduce travel-related stress on exam day. Authorities have also appealed to candidates to reach their centres on time and follow all examination guidelines strictly.
The NEET UG 2026 re-test has gained nationwide attention after the exam paper leak row triggered legal and administrative action, prompting enhanced security measures by the National Testing Agency.
