DDA’s Karmayogi Awaas Yojana sells 60 per cent flats in first 24 hours

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, a housing scheme for mid-level salaried families in Narela, recorded the sale of around 60 per cent of the total flats offered under the scheme within the first 24 hours of commencement of bookings and earned a revenue of Rs 450 crores.
Giving details on Thursday, the DDA said 684 flats were sold on the opening day, which coincided with the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti. This strong uptake underscores confidence among homebuyers in DDA’s housing initiatives and reflects Narela’s emergence as a preferred and well-connected sub-city of Delhi.
Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 offers an attractive limited-time opportunity for serving and retired employees of Central and State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, Public Sector Banks, local bodies, autonomous bodies and government universities to own quality homes in a planned residential environment.
The scheme provides flats at a 25 percent discount across all categories, allows ownership of other properties without restriction, and follows a transparent First Come First Serve allotment system. The sale of 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats located in Pocket 9, Sector A1-A4, Narela is being carried out through an end-to-end online process on DDA’s Awaas Portal, ensuring ease of access, transparency and efficiency for applicants across the country.
