DDA sells over 700 flats in Narela

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has sold over 700 flats in its Karmayogi Awaas Yojana and Nagrik Awaas Yojana in Narela, indicating strong demand in the sub-city.
Giving details on Friday, the DDA said under the ongoing DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, a dedicated scheme for serving as well as retired Government employees, it recently offered an additional 936 flats in Pocket 6, Sector A1-A4, Narela.
The booking commenced on March 26, 2026, on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami and witnessed an enthusiastic response, with over 400 flats booked within just 2 days.
Earlier, 1,168 flats launched in Pocket 9 under the same scheme have already seen around 75 per cent booking, indicating sustained demand among Government personnel. Similarly, under the DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, a total of 1,944 LIG flats were offered in Sector G7/G8, Narela, out of which over 300 flats have already been sold on Day 1, reflecting steady demand from the general public.
The success of these schemes highlights the increasing attractiveness of Narela as a preferred residential destination. This growth is being supported by DDA’s continuous infrastructure development efforts, including key projects such as the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) and the upcoming Rithala-Narela-Kundli Metro corridor, which are significantly improving connectivity.
In addition to these schemes, DDA has launched multiple housing initiatives in Narela aimed at making homeownership more accessible to the aspirational sections of society. To enhance affordability, a flat 25 per cent discount is being offered on all flats in Narela.
