DDA sells all 679 flats on day one of Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana Phase-III

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has concluded Phase-III of the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana-2025, with the sale of all 679 flats offered on the very first day of booking, which commenced on January 15.
The flats were sold across multiple localities, including Narela A1-A4 (496 flats), Narela G-7/8 (130 flats), Rohini (50 flats) and Nasirpur (3 flats).
Narela continues to be one of DDA’s major housing destinations in North Delhi, with large-scale residential development focused on affordability, planned infrastructure and future growth.
A DDA official stated that the cumulative expected revenue from Phase-III is approximately `86.81 crore. “It reflects strong public confidence in DDA’s affordable housing initiatives,” an official added. The DDA official further said, “The area benefits from planned sectoral development, wide road networks, proximity to industrial areas and educational institutions, and significant potential for long-term urban expansion as envisaged in Delhi’s master planning framework.”
“The overwhelming response to flats in Narela A1-A4 and G-7/G-8 further highlights growing acceptance of Narela as an emerging residential hub,” the official added. The official also said, “Further housing initiatives shall continue to be launched in accordance with public demand and policy objectives.”
