Curtain falls on IITF 2025 with Awards for Excellence

The 44th edition of the India International Trade Fair (IITF) concluded on 27th November 2025, at the Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, with a vibrant Award Presentation ceremony at the Musical Fountain stage. Organised by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the 14-day event attracted over 18 lakh visitors.
Dr Neeraj Kharwal, IAS, Managing Director, ITPO, praised the fair’s theme, Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat and invited suggestions to enhance future editions.
He complimented the award winners at the IITF 2025 Awards for Excellence in Display across various categories.
In the Partner State category, Rajasthan won the Gold Medal, Bihar won Silver and Uttar Pradesh the Bronze, with Maharashtra receiving a Special Commendation. Jharkhand received the Gold Medal in the Focus State category. Odisha won Gold in States and Union Territories, Madhya Pradesh Silver, and Puducherry Bronze. Delhi, Goa and Karnataka were commended.
For Thematic Presentations by States, Meghalaya won Gold, Kerala Silver and Andhra Pradesh Bronze, with Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura receiving commendations.
The Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan awards went to Haryana (Gold), Punjab (Silver), Assam (Bronze) and Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Uttarakhand and Tamil Nadu received commendations.
Foreign Pavilion awards were presented to Thailand (Gold), Iran (Silver), and Dubai (Bronze), with special commendations to the Republic of Korea, Turkey and the Tibetan Chamber of Commerce. In Ministries and Government Departments, the Ministry of Defense won Gold, the Ministry of Mines Silver and the Ministry of Railways Bronze.
Ministries, PSUs and PSBs awards went to Airports Authority of India (Gold), National e-Governance Division (Silver) and Food Corporation of India (Bronze). Commodity Boards honours included Tea Board India (Gold), Spice Board India (Silver) and Coir Board (Bronze). In Public Communication and Outreach, the Directorate General of Taxpayer Services won Gold, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Silver, and the Central Board of Direct Taxes Bronze.
Other notable awards included the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and private sector winners RDM Care, AYUR (Gold), Dairy India Private Limited (Silver) and United Ekta Engineering Udyog Pvt Ltd and Mittal Electronics (Bronze).
Food Stalls awards went to Bansal Food and Beverages (Gold), Rohilya Food Pvt Ltd (Silver) and Daana Pani (Bronze). Vending Points awards were given to Daana Pani (Gold), Gath Bandhan Farms (Silver) and Bansal Foods and Beverages (Bronze).
Lt. Col. Harsh Kondilya, OSD, ITPO, praised participants, visitors and law enforcement for ensuring a successful and incident-free fair.
