To ensure seamless banking support and provide prompt assistance to the visiting entrepreneurs, the bank established dedicated customer service stalls and facilitation desks at the venue. The participants actively shared their feedback and suggestions during the interactive sessions of the programme.
Senior bank officials stated that the high-volume credit outreach event reflects the continued commitment of the Central Bank of India towards empowering MSMEs, fostering entrepreneurship, and promoting inclusive economic growth through proactive, customer-centric banking initiatives in the national Capital.
