BJP marks PM Modi’s 8,931 days in office

Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva on Sunday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has completed 8,931 days in public office, calling it a “historic record” and crediting him with steering both Gujarat and the country on a path of development.
Addressing a press interaction, Sachdeva said the Prime Minister’s tenure, which began on February 24, 2002, reflects a long period of governance marked by continuity and political acceptance.
“During his 8,931-day journey of public service, he has guided first Gujarat and then the entire nation onto a unique path of development,” Sachdeva said.
He added that Modi’s political career spans multiple electoral mandates. According to Sachdeva, Modi was elected four times as a Member of the Legislative Assembly in Gujarat and three times as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha.
