100 versus 1: CM Yogi extensively covers over 100 constituencies in two months
With the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections only a few months away, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has markedly intensified his comprehensive public outreach and series of public engagements. Within a mere span of two months, the Chief Minister has successfully reached more than one hundred assembly constituencies.
Over the course of the preceding two months, CM Yogi Adityanath has undertaken extensive tours of all eighteen divisions of the state. During these visits, he has meticulously reviewed ongoing development works, conferred fresh developmental initiatives upon the regions, and forged direct connections with the citizenry through a succession of public assemblies.
In a remarkably concise period of just forty-five days, CM Yogi Adityanath has comprehensively traversed territories stretching from the eastern to the western extremities of the state, encompassing Bundelkhand.
His itinerary has encompassed visits to Bijnor, Ghaziabad, Agra, Jhansi, Mainpuri, Varanasi and Gorakhpur.
The Chief Minister’s dynamic presence extends well beyond the sphere of public rallies. Whether it be party programmes, interactions with various delegations, reviews of law and order, or the daily conduct of Governmental affairs, CM Yogi Adityanath remains steadfastly active on every front. Concurrently, through the institution of public audiences, he continues to sustain direct dialogue with ordinary citizens. In this manner, his engagement stands firmly established across the triad of Government, organisation and the public.
Akhilesh’s last public rally in march 2025
By contrast, Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav held his most recent public rally in March 2026 at Dadri — an occasion widely regarded as the formal commencement of the party’s campaign for the 2027 elections. Nearly four months have since elapsed, yet no subsequent major public rally has been convened by him. His activities appear largely confined to press conferences, social media platforms and the private programmes of party leaders.
The pronounced ‘100 versus 1’ distinction
When assessed in terms of public rallies, a clear and pronounced distinction of ‘100 versus 1’ stands evident between CM Yogi Adityanath and Akhilesh Yadav. It is precisely this sustained ground-level activism of the Chief Minister that has ensured his popularity remains largely unaffected even after two successive terms of governance.
Mayawati’s last significant rally occurred in October
The last major public rally organised by Bahujan Samaj Party supremo Mayawati in Uttar Pradesh was held on 9 October 2025 at the Kanshi Ram Memorial site in Lucknow.
Despite the approaching elections, the BSP continues to display the least degree of ground-level activity when compared with the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Samajwadi Party.
