As per the instructions of Jharkhand Legal Services Authority, a district level stakeholder legal consultation camp was organized in the Civil Court premises on Friday under the banner of District Legal Services Authority. In this camp organized under the supervision of Principal District and Sessions Judge Ranjit Kumar, researchers and stakeholders registered their presence in this training program. Other stakeholders included CWC members, LADC members, mediators etc. In this program, everyone was especially made aware of the nuances of POCSO and Motor Vehicle Accident Act. This consultation camp was inaugurated by lighting a lamp under the leadership of Principal District and Sessions Judge Ranjit Kumar. During this, Superintendent of Police Arvind Kumar Singh, Hazaribagh Bar Association President Rajkumar and Bar Association Secretary Suman Kumar, District Legal Services Authority Secretary Gaurav Khurana, Judicial Officer Sumant Dixit, Abhinav Kumar and Registrar Divyam Chaudhary were present. On this occasion, Principal District and Sessions Judge Ranjit Kumar directed the researchers and other stakeholders to take legal action and said that the role of the researcher is very important in any case. Addressing the gathering, the SP of the district said that such programs should be done from time to time. For this, he expressed gratitude to Principal District Judge Ranjit Kumar. On this occasion, Hazaribag Bar Association President Rajkumar and Secretary Suman Kumar also assured everyone of every possible cooperation on behalf of the Bar Association. During this consultation camp, the researchers also put forward the difficulties faced during the research in front of everyone, the exact solution of which was told to them. The stage was conducted by District Legal Services Authority Secretary Gaurav Khurana. DALSA Secretary Gaurav Khurana also gave many important information to the researchers. As trainers, Judicial Officer Special Judge POCSO Vishal Kumar, Presiding Officer of Motor Vehicle Claims Accident Act Deepak Kumar Mallik, Research Training School, Ranchi trainer Asit Kumar Modi and Advocate Navnish Chandra Prasad were present. During the training, Additional District and Sessions Judge Vishal Kumar told the researchers about the procedures of recording the statement of the victim, her medical test and submitting the charge sheet under the POCSO Act. At the same time, Additional District and Sessions Judge Pancham Deepak Kumar Mallik told the researchers in detail about the new law related to motor vehicle accident and the time limit associated with it. Everyone was advised to do research keeping in mind the time limit. Detailed accident report should be submitted on time. Advocate Navneesh Chandra Prasad told everyone about many laws related to women.
