The Bhopal chapter of Entrepreneurs' Organization held the final round of the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) in collaboration with AIC - RNTU in the state capital on Friday.
Information technology startup "Sajal Technologies Solutions," secured the first position at the event.
Founded by Sajal Agarwal, the startup impressed the jury with its innovative approach. The second position went to Utkarsh Jyotishi’s startup, "Indhan Pay," while the third place was awarded to "UDDKRS Pvt. Ltd," a stock market startup founded by Udit Deepak.
The EO GSEA competition, held annually, aims to promote entrepreneurship among students. It consists of three rounds: the first being the chapter round at the regional level. The top two winners from each chapter compete at the national level, and from there, selected startups present at the global level.
The Bhopal finale’s jury members included Ashank Singh, Partner at Venture Catalyst, Amit Singhan, Founder of Fluid Ventures, Dr. Abha Rishi, Executive Head of MP Startup Center, Dr. Firoz Khan Suri, CEO of IISER’s IICE, Karan Mehta, Co-founder of TopRankers, and Ronald Fernandes from AIC RNTU Foundation. Eight startups presented their ideas during the event.
In the valedictory session, EO GSEA Director Siddharth Chaturvedi explained the award's purpose, encouraging young entrepreneurs. Chief guest Akash Gupta, CEO of Zypp Electronics, shared strategies for sustainable business growth. Bhopal Chapter Chairman Apurv Malviya concluded by thanking all participants and the jury.
