At an event celebrating the hardwork and dedication of its transmission staff, MP Transco said that their efforts to ensure seamless operations were worthy of the highest honour.
At the Takniki Samagam held in their honour in Ujjain, the state power transmission giant celebrated the workers for their critical role in maintaining the reliability of the transmission infrastructure.
The event, convened by Chief Engineer Praveen Kumar Gargav, recognized the efforts of both current and retired employees, particularly those involved in substation maintenance. With guidance from Managing Director Sunil Tiwari, the program acknowledged the hard work of MPTransco's class three and class four personnel, as well as those retiring in 2025. Their commitment has been instrumental in maintaining a remarkable 99.63 percent transmission availability for the state.
A motivational session was also held, with renowned educator and social worker Nitin David addressing the attendees. After viewing a documentary about the company's operations, David praised the dedication of the Transco personnel and emphasized how their continuous efforts provide power to the public. He offered inspiring words on how retirees could continue fulfilling their family responsibilities after retirement.
The event began with a rendition of Vande Mataram, performed by Priyanka Sharma, Megha Sharma, and Radhika Suryavanshi. Additional Chief Engineer Subhash Sakorikar, along with other senior officials, contributed to the program's success.
Seventeen retired employees and officers from 2025 were honored for their exceptional service. They were presented with shawls, quince, and symbolic tokens of appreciation. The program was conducted by Rajesh Saxena and Vijay Namdev, with closing remarks by Subhash Sakorikar.
This ceremony not only recognized the hard work of MPTransco employees but also underscored the importance of their contributions to the state's reliable power transmission network.
