Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that true officers are those who work in the interest of the public, as entering government service comes with the responsibility of serving society. He noted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi considers himself the Pradhan Sevak, and similarly, the Madhya Pradesh Cabinet functions as public servants through mutual cooperation. Dr. Yadav stressed that holding a position of power requires shedding ego and dedicating oneself to the welfare of society and the development of the state. The Chief Minister was addressing a program at Ravindra Bhawan on Friday, where appointment letters were distributed to 362 newly selected government officers and employees in the Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Revenue departments. He congratulated the officers and their families, recognizing their success as a result of collective hope, effort, and family support. Dr. Yadav wished the young officers a bright future, urging them to harness their potential and abilities to fulfill their responsibilities with excellence. He encouraged them to make both themselves and the administration proud by contributing meaningfully to the state's progress and public welfare.

At a programme attended by Revenue Minister Karan Singh Verma, Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Minister Aidal Singh Kansana, and Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister Lakhan Patel, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav distributed appointment letters to newly selected government officers. The appointments included 256 Agriculture Extension Officers in the Agriculture Department, 70 Assistant Veterinarians in the Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, and 36 Naib Tehsildars in the Revenue Department.

Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country, to have taken the initiative to establish cyber tehsils in all the districts of the state. This is a major achievement towards making citizen services accessible by using technology. Madhya Pradesh ranks third in milk production in the country. Our target is to increase the milk production capacity from 9 percent to 20 percent. This will strengthen the farmers and rural economy of the country. Gaushalas are being expanded for better care of cows in the state. In this sequence, the state government is committed to operate cow-sheds of 10 thousand capacity in all major cities including Bhopal. Milk production plays the most important role in increasing the income of farmers. In the efforts to increase the income of farmers, encouraging milk production is the priority of the state government as farmers get direct and immediate benefit from this. He said that grants will be provided to those who rear more than ten cows. Due to the availability of facilities like roads in villages, and tap water in every house, cow rearing has also become easier.

Yadav said that the newly selected officer is expected to continuously improve his talent and ability. Officers should enter service with a commitment for new possibilities of development. We have resolved to take the agricultural area in the state from 48 lakh hectares to one crore hectares in the next 5 years. With this objective, we have to ensure appointments of revenue officers besides expansion in the staff of the agriculture and animal husbandry department. The new education policy will ensure that the state government expands education facilities in agriculture and veterinary medicine.

Chief Minister Yadav provided appointment letters to Agriculture Extension Officer Priyamvada Dwivedi, Kamlesh Wati, Rajesh Meena, Babli Bagri, Archana Gaur, Assistant Veterinary Doctor Pooja Solanki, Nitesh Suryavanshi, Rahul Yadav and Naib Tehsildar Bharti Solanki, Ravi Patel, Kapil Gurjar etc. In the programme, Revenue Minister Verma, Farmer and Agriculture Development Minister Kansana, and Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister Lakhan Patel gave information about departmental activities.
