The Indimoon Arts Festival will take place from March 4-9 at Ravindra Bhavan. The six-day event, dedicated to the late Alok Chatterjee, will showcase performances focused on theatre, literature, and music.
Organised by Rang Theatre, in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Department of Culture, the festival will feature notable personalities from the arts world.
The highlight of the opening day will be Chakravyuh—based on the 13th day of the epic battle of the Mahabharata, featuring Nitish Bharadwaj.
On the second day, Makarand Deshpande's Sar Sar Sarla will be staged, followed by Sharman Joshi in Raju Raja Ram on the third day. Pankaj Kapur will perform his own novel, Dophari, on the fourth day.
On March 8, a Mumbai-based contemporary band, Euphony, will perform, and the festival will conclude with a live performance by Euphoria, India’s first indigenous band, on March 9. All performances will begin at 7 PM.
