Seeking votes for NDA supported JD(U) candidate Shailendra Kumar in Burari constituency, Shravan Kumar said people have decided to form a "double engine" government in Delhi.
The minister asked people to vote for JDU candidate to solve the problems of drinking water crisis, lack of facilities and neglect in the localities of Delhi.
"In 12 years, Kejriwal has given birth to a culture of loot and has only cheated people and created a lot of problems.
