On the occasion of the 46th Foundation Day of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), former Bokaro MLA Biranchi Narayan hoisted the party flag at his Sector-1 residence office. He also paid floral tributes to the portraits of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee.
