DC Bokaro Vijaya Jadhav conducted a comprehensive review of the district sub-registration office, Chas, and the Tenughat registration office, assessing ongoing registration activities and addressing key concerns here on Friday.
With a proactive approach, she directed that all licensed deed writers complete their license renewal by March 31 and be made aware of the Jharkhand Deed Writers Licensing Rules. She emphasized public awareness by instructing officials to prominently display a list of licensed deed writers and government-mandated fees at the registration offices.
To maintain order and security, Jadhav imposed a ban on unauthorized entry into the registrar’s office and ordered the installation of CCTV surveillance banners. Her meticulous planning and emphasis on compliance reflect a commitment to good governance.
In her review of revenue collection, she urged officials to achieve government-set targets within the fiscal deadline and streamline registration procedures. Her forward-thinking approach also extended to real estate, as she supported additional collector Mohd. Mumtaz Ansari’s initiative for an awareness campaign to ensure the registration of unregistered flats by March 31.
Through her decisive actions and administrative efficiency, DC Bokaro Vijaya Jadhav has reinforced a culture of accountability and public service, ensuring that government regulations are followed while enhancing transparency in the registration system.
