Referring to the case of the abduction, rape, and murder of a 5-year-old girl in Bhopal's Shahjahanabad in September 2024, he stated that the convict has been sentenced to death three times for three separate charges in the case. Yadav highlighted that a Special Task Force was formed to ensure a thorough investigation of this heinous crime. Not only was the culprit apprehended swiftly, but the charge sheet was also filed promptly, leading to an expedited trial. The honourable court delivered a historic verdict, setting a strong precedent. The death sentence serves as a stern warning to all criminals.
