Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre (BMHRC) on Tuesday announced the launch of a new phone-based appointment booking service through the Ayushman Bharat Niramayam Helpline at 1800-233-2085. This service aims to make it easier for patients to consult doctors across various departments.
Director In-charge at the multi speciality health care centre, Dr Manisha Shrivastava says that the launch of the service will facilitate easy access for both gas-affected patients and the general public seeking appointments at the hospital.
The process is straightforward: patients call the helpline, provide their name, city, and department details, and receive an appointment confirmation via SMS.
Patients with confirmed appointments will enjoy priority consultation and will meet their doctor within an hour of arrival. A maximum of 30 appointments will be issued per department each day.
BMHRC also continues to operate a 24x7 helpline, 0755-2740875, to provide information on registration, OPD timings, and other hospital services.
This new service enhances accessibility to healthcare, ensuring smoother and faster consultations for patients.
