A group of Triveni Home buyers, has filed a complaint against Sky Plazzo residsial project being developed by M/s Fidatocity Homes Private Limited over an irregularities in the Haryana Real Estate Regularity Authority (HRERA) on Thursday. The complainant alleged that there is a high possibility of fraud regarding a residential project named Sky Palazzo to be built on a land area of 10.84375 acres in Harsaru Village, Gurugram owned by several individuals in partnership with the developer.

The said land is owned by Baljeet Yadav, Dinesh Yadav, Mahesh, Mahipal, and Dushyant Yadav, who have entered into a collaboration agreement with M/s Fidatocity Homes Private Limited, under which the company has been allowed to carry out development work on the said land. The complaint highlights concerns about the involvement of Mukund Mittal, the son of Madhur Mittal, a director at Triveni Ferrous Infrastructure Private Limited. Madhur Mittal was allegedly banned in 2019 by the Director of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) Haryana from obtaining new licenses due to his company’s controversial projects.

The complaint alleges that the Sky Palazzo project may be linked to fraudulent activities due to Mukund Mittal’s family ties and the involvement of individuals with ongoing legal issues.

Additionally, the application for this project has been submitted to HRERA through Amit Kumar Sharma and Anil Sharma, both are residents of Agra, which is also Madhur Mittal’s hometown. Legal proceedings are also going on against Madhur Mittal in many cases,” the complainant stated in the complaint. The project has been formally registered with the HRERA.

The registration document shows the company website, (trinityinfratech.in). The website prominently mentions Mukund Mittal and Riddhi Mittal as the founders of Trinity Infratech, who are spearheading the project called Sky Palazzo Residences. Triveni Home Buyers have demanded a ban on inviting bookings, accepting payments, and advertising the project in the name of Trinity Infratech or Sky Palazzo or any other brand name. Along with this, immediate intervention in this matter has been sincerely requested so that justice and transparency can be ensured in the said project before serious investors and innocent home buyers become victims of any fraud,” the complainant told the authority.
