VFS Global launch India developed AI-powered chatbot for UK visa customers

VFS Global, a global leader in visa and consular services, has launched an innovative AI-powered chatbot to provide enhanced customer support for UK visa applicants across 141 countries.

Developed by VFS Global's AI Centres in India, the UAE, and Germany, this cutting-edge solution leverages Generative AI technology to deliver human-like, conversational support to applicants seeking information about their UK visa applications.

The AI-powered chatbot is designed to cater to diverse audiences by effectively responding to both voice and text inputs. This ensures that travellers from around the world can easily access the assistance they need in a manner that feels both natural and intuitive.

The system identifies and masks any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), ensuring that no sensitive data is stored or shared.
