He said that Atal Bihari Vajpayee had created the state of Jharkhand on 15 November 2000, his dream was to create a developed Jharkhand. If Jharkhand develops, the country will develop. But for the last 24 years, Jharkhand has gone further backward, Congress and RJD are looting Jharkhand by sitting in the lap of JMM. But the people of the state have made up their mind that a BJP government is going to be formed.
