Weather changes in many districts of MP, it rains in State capital

In many districts of Madhya Pradesh, the weather changed in the evening after intense heat throughout the day. Heavy rain started in Bhopal and Sehore on Tuesday evening.

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of thunderstorm and lightning in Burhanpur, Sehore, Vidisha, Raisen, Sagar and Seoni. Winds are expected to blow at a speed of 80 kilometers per hour here.

Apart from this, lightning and thunderstorm will also occur in Indore, Khandwa, Dhar, Neemuch, Shivpuri, Chhatarpur, Balaghat, Chhindwara, Ujjain, Narmadapuram Mandsaur, Morena and Bhind.

Earlier, Bijawar, Prithvipur and Khajuraho were the hottest on Monday. The highest temperature in Bijawar of Chhatarpur was 45.8 degrees. On Monday, it also rained in many districts including Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Dhar, Betul. Apart from Bijawar and Prithvipur, Khajuraho, Naugaon, Shivpuri, Damoh, Sagar, Gwalior, Rewa and Guna are also included in the top-10 hottest cities.

IMD, Bhopal's meteorologist said that after knocking on in Kerala a day earlier, the monsoon is progressing rapidly. It is expected to reach the state on time. Currently, a period of storm and rain is being formed due to cyclonic circulation, trough line and western disturbance. This will continue for the next few days. The situation of storm and thunder will remain on Tuesday.

Nautapa started from May 25 with the Sun entering the Rohini constellation from Kritika. In 5 out of the last 10 years, there has been a trend of severe heat in Nautapa. This time also there has been severe heat for 5 consecutive days. The effect of heat was also there on the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth day. The period of rain started as soon as Nautapa ended. On Monday, rain was recorded in many districts including Indore, Bhopal, Dhar, Betul.

On Tuesday evening, first there was a storm in Bhopal and then there was heavy rain. Earlier in the afternoon, there was bright sunshine and clouds. There was a strong storm in the evening. Due to which the tent at the counting place was blown away.

Earlier on Monday evening, there was the effect of humidity and heat throughout the day, while in the evening it started raining in many areas. The Meteorological Department recorded a maximum temperature of 42.5 degrees. The Meteorological Department has predicted that the weather will remain the same till June 15.

On June 5, there will be sunny and shady weather. Due to this, the day temperature can come down to 38 degrees.

The mercury is also expected to fall on June 6. There will be sunshine and shade.

Record heat has also occurred in Nautapa. On the second day of Nautapa, on May 26, the mercury has reached 45.4 degrees, which was the highest of this season. In the month of June, there is a trend of both heat and rain in Bhopal. There is intense heat in the first 15 days. The temperature has crossed 45 degrees twice in 10 years, but after the entry of monsoon, the mercury starts falling. There is also a record of 16 inches of rain in June 2020.

Met has issued alert of heat waves in Datia and Niwari districts while stormy winds with hailstorm at some places along with light rainfall  in Sehore, Betul, Harda, Khandwa, Khargone, Dewas, Chhindwara, Seoni, Pandhurna districts

Stormy winds with hailstorm and gusty winds  at some places  and light rainfall  in Bhopal, Vidisha, Raisen, Rajgarh, Narmadapuram, Barwani, Alirajpur, Dhar, Ujjain, Shajapur, Agarmalwa, Guna, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, Jabalpur, Raigad, Damoh, Sagar, Maihar districts.

During the last 24 hours, rainfall was recorded at some places in districts of Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Chambal, Rewa, Jabalpur, Shahdol, Sagar divisions of the country; some places in districts of Narmadapuram division and the weather remained generally dry in all other districts. Heat wave conditions were observed in Khajuraho (Chhatarpur), Niwari. It was a very hot night in Umariya. The maximum temperature increased significantly in the districts of Shahdol division and there was no significant change in the temperatures in all other districts.

 It remained generally higher in the districts of Gwalior division and was normal in all other districts. The minimum temperature increased significantly in the districts of Gwalior, Shahdol, Sagar divisions and there was no significant change in the temperatures in all other districts. They were more than normal in districts of Sagar division; much more than normal in districts of Gwalior division; particularly more than normal in districts of Shahdol division and normal in all other divisions.

From yesterday till today morning, dust storm occurred in Sagar, Chhatarpur, Ratlam, Rewa, Singrauli, Katni, Shahdol, Maihar,  Burhanpur, Rewa, Raisen, Singrauli; Anuppur, Ashoknagar, Agar-Malwa, Indore, Ujjain, Katni, Khargone, Guna, Gwalior, Chhatarpur, Chhindwara, Tikamgarh, Damoh, Dhar, Niwari, Patna, Pandhurna, Barwani, Balaghat, Betul.
