As part of its efforts to increase Uttar Pradesh’s storage capacity, the state government has prepared a strategic blueprint for the comprehensive rejuvenation of 21 warehouses across 10 districts, allocating a budget of Rs 15.14 crore for the project. The rejuvenation project is aimed at bolstering the state’s warehousing infrastructure.

The Uttar Pradesh State Warehousing Corporation will spearhead the initiative, focusing on modernising infrastructure, as well as repairing and enhancing the storage capacity of these facilities to meet future storage needs of the state.

Selected warehouses undergoing transformation are located in districts such as Fatehpur, Gorakhpur, Etawah, Farrukhabad, Mahoba, Hardoi, Ghazipur, Shahjahanpur, Bulandshahr, and Ghaziabad.
