The bank will now focus on growth and credit expansion. It will be our endeavor to be more innovative in the times to come said Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of UCO Bank Ashwini Kumar during press conference in virtual mode.

While addressing the media persons, Kumar said that we would be able to provide better customer service along with greater growth in the market through products and schemes.

It is noteworthy that the bank is organizing a special CASA campaign with the aim of adding new customers.

As well as  100 percent discount has been given in Processing Charge   till 31.03.2024 to promote home loans and car loans.

The total business of the bank has increased by 10.46 percent to Rs 435456 crore in the quarter ending December 2023 also, total advances increased by 18.63 percent to Rs 179195 crore and total deposits increased by 5.38 percent to Rs 256261 crore.

Retail, Agriculture and MSME (RAM) sector reached Rs 93720 crore with growth of 17.70  percent.

A decline of 3.85 percent in gross non-performing assets and a decline of 0.98 percent in net non-performing assets was recorded. Operating profit has increased by 10.69 percent   to Rs 3303 crore.

The Bank has opened 26 new branches during the nine months ending 31.12.2023. In this way now 3217 natives are in the bank.

Branches: 2 overseas branches in Hong Kong and Singapore and a representative office in Iran.

Zonal Head of Bhopal Zone of the Bank, Rajesh Upadhyay participated and said that as per the business policy of the bank, all the 97 branches of Bhopal zone have organized special camps for distribution of MSME, retail and agricultural loans.
